I'm an Inverness-based yoga instructor and my mission is to deliver classes that offer practical take-away tools that can be applied on and off the mat - to help you build a strong body and a strong mind.
Yoga changed the whole course of my life and the practical take-away tools I learned helped me through a difficult post-partum time; both physically (suffering from sciatica) and mentally; (having post-partum anxiety). My passion is to share some the value of those tools to help you stay grounded when the waves of life come crashing.
My in-person classes are delivered in a private studio and a key philosophy is to make yoga accessible to everyone. This means I provide mats and blocks, and I will personally get you settled on your mat and welcome you in, as I know how daunting turning up to a class can be.
My classes vary in style and level, with something to suit everyone. Whether you are looking to create more space in your body, learn the foundational postures or looking to move through a dynamic, strengthening and upbeat power flow - come and join our yoga community.
You will be made welcome and together, we build strength from the ground up, both mentally and physically.
My aim is to make yoga accessible, enjoyable and valuable - and that means we move and smile throughout our classes, having fun along the way.
