This is a strengthening power flow designed to get us out of our heads and into our bodies. Expect to sweat, move and align on your mat as we work through a strong vinyasa class created to challenge your mind, body and balance. It's recommended that you have an established practice for this class, but we love welcoming new faces and if this sounds like your yoga, modifications are offered too.
This heated vinyasa practice is a dynamic flowing style of yoga that links breath to movement through creative sequences designed to build strength, increase stamina and tone the body in 30-35C heat.
Gentle Vinyasa flow created to calm your mind and move your body. We flow through foundational yoga postures in a moving meditation under candlelight, building strength physically and mentally on and off the mat. We finish with beautiful stretches. Suitable for all levels
Core inspired 30 minute flow to tone, build muscle and create strength from the ground up.
This will be 45 minute playful inversion workshop. We'll do a short flow, warming up core, shoulders and arms before moving through some inversions together, having fun going upside down. I'll be there to support you all the way, and if you decide going upside down isn't for you, there will be no pressure.
We are going to practice an immersive yoga in an outside setting (weather permitting) followed by an optional swim (or dip toes) in the waves at Rosemarkie beach and we will have a sauna hired for our private use for after. Please bring flask of something warm and a packed lunch, Let's have a beautiful morning together. We will meet on the grassy park, opposite beach at 8.45am. Can't wait to have you all there! Jen X

This is a not for profit event (all proceeds will be donated to a Palestine charity). This is an opportunity for new, regular and members of our beautiful community to come together for an evening of food, music, chilled vibes and chat. (Alcohol and non-alcohol).
